Harry Blair
Managing Director | Independent Financial Adviser
Harry has been a financial adviser for 30 years, having joined the profession upon leaving university in 1994. He joined Lanyon in 2009 and took up the role of Managing Director in 2011. Harry is dedicated to helping clients lead the lives they desire without having to worry about the associated financial implications. Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his two daughters and cycling.
David Watters
Chairman
David is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 40 years’ experience in the provision of financial services. In 2008, David founded Lanyon, building on the financial services arm of his previous accounting practise, McClure Watters. With extensive board – level experience across multiple industries and charities, David bring invaluable insight and oversight that clients and our team highly value.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time on the golf course.
Jessica Craig
Independent Financial Adviser
Jessica joined Lanyon in December 2022, having previously worked in the Financial Services industry since 2019. Jessica is known for her diligent, organised approach and commitment to creating clear and personal plans which provide client’s confidence in their financial future.
Outside of work, Jessica is a dedicated middle-distance athlete, competing both nationally and internationally for Northern Ireland. When she’s not running, you’ll often find her on the golf course—although, by her own admission, her golf balls tend to spend more time in the rough than on the fairway!
Nicole Bell
Client Services Administrator
Nicole has over six years’ experience in the financial services industry, beginning her career as a receptionist and progressing to her current role as a Client Services Administrator.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys getting outdoors with her dog, Nala, for long walks, although sometimes it feels like Nala is in charge!

Conrad Parkinson
Client Services Administrator
Conrad has over six years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career working on a mortgage remediation project before moving into the financial planning sector, where he now supports advisers and clients as a Client Services Administrator.
Outside of work, Conrad enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors, through running, hiking and occasionally sea swimming, although he readily admits he’s definitely a fair-weather swimmer!
Niamh Staunton

Niamh has over thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry. She began he career as a customer service representative in retail banking and now works as a Client Services Administrator.
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys reading and baking, though she confesses that her creations aren’t quite Bake-Off worthy!
